Description:
This dataset provides information on vehicular adherence to speed limits across British cities, collected from aggregated GPS trajectory data provided by Compass IoT. The data include trips by light (LGV) and heavy goods vehicles (HGV) during October 2023. The data are aggregated to 2021 LSOA areas and 2022 Data Zones for Scotland, with aggregation based on road links with more than 25 GPS points. Some LSOAs are missing due to the absence of qualifying road link data. The dataset covers 13 regions: Cambridge, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Greater Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford, South Yorkshire, West England, West Midlands, and West Yorkshire.
